Why I Do This Work
Hi! I’m Dr. Malika, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, leadership strategist, and founder of 360 Client Solutions. For nearly 20 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families facing complex life challenges, helping them move toward healing, stability, and a renewed sense of direction. I’m deeply passionate about supporting people and organizations as they work to break through barriers and create meaningful, lasting change.
I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating overwhelming challenges, including poverty, trauma, housing instability, incarceration, and systemic injustice. Through this work, I’ve seen firsthand how systems designed to help can sometimes make circumstances more difficult. I founded 360 Client Solutions to provide practical, effective, and compassionate care while also supporting organizations in doing the same. My work blends clinical expertise, systems thinking, and a relational approach that treats people as whole human beings, not case numbers. I help clients believe in themselves, interrupt negative cycles, and move forward with hope, strength, and clarity.

Leadership, Strategy & Supervision
I hold a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University and a Master’s in Social Work from Campbellsville University. My leadership work is grounded in human-centered practice, ethical decision-making, and a deep understanding of organizational systems.
I provide supervision and mentorship for BSW and MSW interns completing their field placements, offer licensure exam preparation support for MSWs, and provide professional consultation and support to licensed clinicians. I am passionate about supporting emerging and seasoned professionals as they build confidence, clarity, and ethical excellence in their work.
