Why I Do This Work

Hi! I'm Malika, a licensed clinical social worker, leadership strategist, and founder of 360 Client Solutions.​ For nearly 20 years, I’ve walked alongside individuals and families facing tough situations, helping them move toward healing, stability, and a new sense of direction. I’m passionate about helping people and organizations break through barriers to create real, lasting change. I’ve walked alongside individuals navigating overwhelming barriers, including poverty, trauma, housing instability, incarceration, and systemic injustice. I’ve seen firsthand how systems meant to help can unintentionally make circumstances more difficult. I founded 360 Client Solutions to provide practical, effective, and compassionate care while assisting organizations to do the same. My work blends clinical expertise, systems thinking, and a relational approach that treats people as whole human beings, not case numbers. I help clients believe in themselves, interrupt negative cycles, and walk forward with hope, strength, and clarity.

Leadership, Strategy & Supervision​

I’m currently completing my Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Liberty University, and I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Campbellsville University. I also provide supervision for BSW/MSW interns and licensed professionals. I’m passionate about helping rising clinicians build confidence, clarity, and ethical excellence.
