360 Client Solutions & Professional Services is a multidisciplinary practice that helps individuals navigate life's challenges and the complex systems designed to support them. We provide therapeutic support, care coordination, case management, resource navigation, and advocacy, while partnering with residential communities to promote housing stability and resident well-being. We also support professionals through clinical supervision, consultation, and MSW/CSW licensure exam preparation.
Our approach goes beyond simply identifying resources. We help individuals understand their options, navigate barriers, connect with critical services, and determine practical next steps. Through our partnerships with organizations and residential communities, we extend this support to vulnerable populations while helping strengthen the communities they call home. For the professionals who serve them, we provide tools, guidance, and support that strengthen practice and professional development.
